Winton made it 4-1 on 36 minutes via route one when Stevie O'Neill's clearance was latched onto by Adam who did well to slot the ball past Menzies. Adam was tripped inside the box 11 minutes later but the resultant penalty was weakly hit by McAvoy and Menzies saved.
Muirkirk were playing on the break in the second half and a good chance fell to McConzie who ran in but saw his effort blocked.
Winton controlled possession but didn't do much with it as the result was in little doubt. Winton got a second penalty on 67 minutes when Menzies upended Hamilton inside the box and this time Hamilton made no mistake from the spot and secured his hat trick.
The chances continued and Adam passed up his chance for a hat trick when he cut inside from the left but his shot just went past the post.
The opportunities were being passed up and Milliken on 74 minutes saw his cut back toe poked past the post by McAvoy. Tony Graham almost got on the end of a McAvoy cut back with a minute to go but the 'Kirk defence managed to block.
